OEM Lifecycle management pack: refreshing databases

Cannot find a discussion group just for OEM-lifecycle.

How do I use this tool for refreshing databases?

I see options for cloning, but as I read thru the documentation,

that appears to be for creating brand-new databases, including new software.

My scenario is just the traditional:  copy the PROD data to the already existing TEST database.
