Shipment number generated but no shipment record at F4215 and F4942

Dear support,

Somehow in the system I have one sales order where shipment number is generated but there is no shipment record at P4915. I'm not sure whether shipment first created and then lost or it was never created. Is there any issue reported already? At our JDE 9.0 the shipment number gets created at order entry.
