JDE Mobile app not working on Android & iPhone

Dear All,

JDE Mobile app is not working on Android & iPhone.

On Android the app is crashing and on iPhone it is not taking server details, let me know if anyone successfully login to the JDE app on iPhone and what server details has been provided(Full JDE link or only server name)
