Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. ora-15031 disk specification matches no disks when adding diskgroup

Dear all,

I have an issue while adding diskgroup to my asm instance.

A breif about my environment :

Oracle Solaris 11.3

Oracle Grid software 12.2

Oracle DB 12.2

When I tried to add new diskgroup it throw this error :

ora-15031 disk specification 'AFD:Flash1' matches no disks
