UBE Generated PDF with order number, order type and company

Hi,

I have a requirement to generate a pdf file with oder number_order type_order company when UBE got submitted (UBE will always run for single order) and show in WSJ (work submitted jobs).  Is it possible?.  If yes please let me know the procedure?.
