Issue while running root.sh in vmware worstation 10 during 11gr2 grid installation

Hello,

I'm trying to install 11gr2 GI on vmware. root.sh script had been ran successfully on node1 but while running this from node 2 i'm getting below error. Could you please help me to sort this out?

[root@node2 grid]# ./root.sh

Running Oracle 11g root.sh script...

The following environment variables are set as:

    ORACLE_OWNER= grid

    ORACLE_HOME=  /u01/app/11.2.0/grid

Enter the full pathname of the local bin directory: [/usr/local/bin]: y

The file "dbhome" already exists in y.  Overwrite it? (y/n)

[n]: y

   Copying dbhome to y ...

The file "oraenv" already exists in y.  Overwrite it? (y/n)
