LOCAL_XE data source is not created when we do a Siebel Tools migration Installation from IP 2013 to

Hi,

We have migrated our Application from IP 2013 to IP 2016 (Patch set 14).Generate New DB and Database Extract is done for a Developer.

On Developer machine, we have done the Tools migration installation from IP 2013 to IP 2016 and at the time of installation I haven't selected the LocalDB installation option as I am planning to do a Local DB initialization from Developer machine.

1Q. As per the Siebel Installation Guide for Windows on Page 171.it should create LOCAL_XE datasource under the odbc, but in our case, it is not created.How can we do a Local Db initialization without LOCAL_XE?.How to get the LOCAL_XE?
