Is it possible to implement AGIS without using Receivables ?

Hi Experts

My client wants to use AGIS without using Receivable invoicing. I checked the white paper , but it does not specifically says if that AGIS is possible without AR setups.

I have created the AGIS setup up to User assignments, Then I tried to enter an inbound transaction. In the inbound transaction form I could see the fields pertaining to receivables like transaction type etc.

Can you please let me know how I can use inbound and outbound functionalities , only to create AP transactions . My business user wants to create a rent charge from LE A to LE B only using AP and does not want to use AR.
