Looking for actual Workflow emails sent

I need assistance in sleuthing some information regarding emails sent through workflow for PODISP.

Is there somewhere I can see a copy of an actual email sent from a workflow dispatched through the PODISP process?

We are on PS 9.2 PUM15 full with selective adoption to 19.  PeopleTools 8.54.30.  We are hosted (IaaS) with Oracle.

I can find the PDF attachment in the \Email\ folder but I am looking for the actual email sent to our vendors to see if attachments to the PO were sent. 

Any help with where to look would be greatly appreciated.
