Journal Entry Document Number stopped automatically populating from the leasing module

Journal Entry Document Number stopped automatically populating from the leasing module for Terminations, Bookings, Rebookings, etc. only affecting 3 ledgers (UK_GAAP, AE_GAAP, NL_GAAP).  These ledgers were one of the first ledgers created in 2007 in Oracle and no configuration changes took place that could have created the issue.  The Document numbers populated without any issues until SEP-16 and from then forward no longer populate.

any help is highly appreciated
