Support for Contingent worker Release 12.2.4

Hello,

Is there any good document or transfer of information on this  new feature Support for Contingent worker added in 12.2.4 that lets you add contingent workers as resources on WOs.

The release content document has limited information on it and the TOI doc 807319.1 does not have any content on it.
