On Fluid: Not Authorized Error Copying Existing Report

We are experiencing an issue in our test environment on 9.2 Image 23, PeopleTools 8.55 where a not authorized error is generated when attempting to copy an existing report in fluid.  I was able to locate the following bug, which appears to align with our issue. It looks like the bug was created today, and does not list the Image the issue exists on. Can you confirm if the bug below is for Image 23 or 24? If so, we will await for the fix to be released for it as we will be upgrading to Image 23 with an expected go live in Nov 2017.
