Quote to Sales Order issue

in Quoting - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hello,

I am trying to submit a sales order from the Quote form.  I have set the profile option ASO: Enable Submit Button to Yes at the site level and have created a transition from Status Bid to Order Submitted.   Created a new quote and saved it, pricing status is complete and tax status is complete.  Quote status is "Bid".  There isn't the option of Place Order from the Actions menu, however there is a button labeled Place Order.  When clicking this button I'm getting an Oracle note "APP-ASO-236406: The quote changes have been saved and the quote has been priced.
