PO Receiving Warehouse Override Row Exit

Does anyone use the Warehouse Override row exit in PO receiving?  I have changed the values on the screen, and the F4602 does not seem to reflect any of the changes I entered on P46UOM W46UOMA screen.  Based on the Warehouse Management Implementation Guide, it seems like a fairly simple thing to do. 

LPN is not on and warehousing is turned on.
