Menu Creation for Supplier Inquiry with Bank Account Create

12.2.5 - upgrade from 11i

Good afternoon - we are attempting to create a menu which provides Inquiry access to customers and supplier with  the ability to add/create bank accounts.

Has anyone done this?  We seem to get either all update access or inqury for suppliers/customers and banks.
