Taxation of NRA

Hello, I am inquiring how to setup up taxation on a nonresident alien. Someone proposed changing the tax method under Natl/Fiscal Data to tax method 6, SS, MEDC, FUTA exempt. However, I need to increase the federal taxable by the IRS amounts in Publication 15, Circular E. I do not know how to do this. We also use Vertex. Please advise.
