ATO option classes are missing

Hello Everyone,

We are in process of copying entire Inventory, BOM, Routing, setups from one Organization to another (new). This is being done by "Copy Inventory Organization" program.

During this process, program has copied major chunk of data into the new organization. But, we have few problems with BOM (Bill of Materials).

I saw that the few copied Bill of Materials did not have their ATO (ATO Options Class) or AOC (ATO Option classes) in BOM created in new organization. I couldn't find out a reason why?

Has anybody faced any issues like this before?
