E1 9.2 Address Override Vertex Geocode

Hello,

In E1 9.2 the vertex Geocode gets updated when you enter an address override using P42101.  This is a nice enhancement for most scenarios, however, when we enter an address override for a non-taxable customer (customer wouild have had blank geocode and blank tax expl code) we are getting an error because a geocode is being assigned yet the tax expl code is left blank.  Are there settings for this feature where we can disable for tax exempt customer?
