Delivery ship confirmed successfully but later reopened

Hi Friends,

Delivery has ship confirmed on 6th Jul 2017 at 10:47 PM successfully.

Next day morning, user observed that delivery still open status, again ship confirmed on 7th Jul 2017 at 8:06 AM.

these case is happening multiple occurrences but not replicable in test instance.

Can someone please provide possible reasons why delivery was closing at 1st attempt ? due to this documents missing to send out on time to customer.

some times users observing very late and causing delay in sending ASN.
