Termination of batch without completing OSP receipt

Hi Team,

We have a OSP scenario and need your feedback. In real world after material (ingredint) consumption, this production batch got terminated and OSP supplier will not get paid for this.

In Oracle,We do not want to receive this OSP PO (since no payment required) and would like to terminate the production batch (with consumed ingredient quantity).

Should Oracle allow this ?
