Package Build Issues after being stable for years

Hello,

We have recently (the past few weeks) run into intermittent issues with package builds.  We have two package build machines on Windows 7 and both have experienced issues.  We are on JDE 9.0, Tools 9.1.4.4.

mt.exe : general error c101008d: Failed to write the updated manifest to the resource of file "\\HFXJDE01\E900\PY900\package\PYTEST\bin32\CAEC.dll". The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another

pkgComp.cpp:561 PKGCMP0013 ERROR: Failed to compress

One machine fails more often, with the first error.  The second fails less often with either of the errors, usually the second.  The errors occur on random objects each time.  From what I've read it could be a race condition with the Antivirus software so we have put in exceptions on both the build machines and the deployment server.

Howdy, Stranger!
