iRecruitment Index Synchronization

Hello All,

I have tried scheduling/ running the iRecruitment Index Synchronization program all to no avail. It works in one of our test instances as we can search for keywords in resumes. I have tried to run/schedule the program in our other test instances all to no avail. For hours, the status has remained on "Standby" and the Phase on "Pending". Please advise how I might proceed
