Heterogeneous Dataguard.

Hi there,

My production database 12.1.0.2 on windows 2008. formerly it was 11.2.0.4 and when i used oracle heterogeneous dataguard between windows and linux, it didn't had any problem. but in new version 12.1.0.2 when i'm running the process i got error: "ORA-17630: Mismatch in the remote file protocol version client 3 server 2" and process gone fail.

Please help me.
