Missing Tab/Tabs not accessible in My Oracle Support

Team,

When accessing support.oracle.com using Chrome 59.0.3071.115  or Firefox 54.0.1 , after the login page, the Dashboard page is shown. But none of tabs in the Dashboard page is accessible. It looks like a freeze'd page, with no action, including search could not be performed. Further it has been noticed the settings tab was missing.
Referred the document My Oracle Support Release Notes (Doc ID 780132.5)

However it states "

Missing Tabs and Links

The More tab, the Contact Us Service Request link, or the Welcome link is missing or buttons are overlapping. This issue is caused by the screen reader or large fonts inadvertently being enabled. R
