JDE Report status was done,getting Print output Date genaration Failed

Hi All,

I have facing issue in JDE report Print output.

We have submitted one report along with all schedule jobs reports, all jobs status was done, without any error/issues.

As like given below output all reports are done status.

After that we are facing issue with user JDE output, when we are trying to get print that report(R3483), getting below Print output.

->date generation failed print output was Error?

->what purpose we are getting this print output, how can we solve this please advise on this.
