Conflicting database patches

Hi,

I am upgrading Oracle E-business Suite from 12.1.3  to release R12.2.6 and as part of the upgrade preparations, I have ran ETCC on database part and have downloaded all the patches.

Then I encountered some Conflicts with applied patches from Patch set updates. May I know what to deinstall and what to apply using opatch?
