Help required about the Doc ID 2233649.1

Hi,

We are facing the same problem as mentioned in the Oracle document 2233649.1,

THE CACHE ASSOCIATED WITH A DROP DOWN LIST IS NOT REFRESHED WHEN NEW MEMBER ADDED (Doc ID 2233649.1)

There is patch number (Patch.23059980) provided in the document to resolve this issue.

However i'm unable to find that patch.

Please provide the link where I can download the patch.

Also, Can we solve this issue without applying this patch? like calling "notify" procedure to refresh server cache.

Note: We are using Demantra 12.2.5.1
