Customize default downtime html page in EBS R12.1.3

Hi,

We can display a downtime banner in EBS R12.1.3 if server is unavailable due to planned maintenance activity. Navigation is Oracle Application Manager >> Dash Board >> Site Map >> Maintenance >> Manage Downtime Schedules >> Schedule Downtime. After filling downtime start date, end date, message text etc, it will display a banner with downtime details if any user tries to access the application URL during scheduled outage. I have attached a sample screenshot for the same.

Is it possible to replace this html page with a different html page or customize this existing html page ??
