Rpas exception: RpasBTreeException in RDF

HI ALL,

We have a hardware failure in our production server and the same was fixed in few hours, later we restored the batch run but we are facing an array error on this particular RDF measure 'export1b' with the below error message,

mace Got Rpas exception:  RpasBTreeException

<B 2017Jul24 03:28:25.914>   Array '/opt/rpas/oretail/RDF/rpas_env/prd/domains/RDF/ldom04/data/sales.db/export1b_d%1.ary' has  269,369,344 more bytes than indicated in header was last modified by 'mace:33488980' at 03:10:40.800 07/20/2017.

Please suggest if reindex domain is the only option to solve this or is there any other way to fix this.
