f41021 On Hand is not matching with Cardex On-Hand

Hi,

We have an issue with one item.

F41021 On-Hand = 10 KG

But in Cardex, it is showing On-Hand = 0 KG (Cardex is showing correct value)

Could you please help this issue why it is not matching both On Hand value.
