Rounding Order Entry Quantities

We have items with primary uoms of Pail, Box, Bags, etc.  When customer service enters an order they often do it in Kilos and the secondary quantity / uom shows what it is converted to.

What happens from time to time is that the Kilo to primary UOM conversion is not 100% so we are getting partial primary UOM quantities.  The customer service person then needs to manually calculate the exact Kilo quantity to use.

Is there a way for the system to automatically round the order quantity so that the secondary quantities are whole numbers?

We are using tools / apps 9.1
