Siebel Upgrade -IP2013 to IP 2016- IRM Error - SBL-DEV-00467

Hi All,

We are upgrading our Environment from IP 2013 to IP 2016 (Patch Set 14).We have executed upgrep process till Step 22 (Take backup of the Siebel database and runstats).

Once the DB backup is done, when I try to Start IRM manually, Siebel Tools are not getting open and we got the below errors in Log files (Attached log file From Upgradewizard logs:  siebdev_IRM.log).

ObjMgrBusCompLog Error 1 0000000259750488:0 2017-07-24 09:11:58 (bcrepos.cpp (7557)) SBL-DEV-00467: Unable to find type for Business Component 'Repository Repository'.

ObjMgrBusCompLog Error 1 0000000259750488:0 2017-07-24 09:12:19 (bcrepos.cpp (7557)) SBL-DEV-00467: Unable to find type for Business Component 'Repository Application'.

I have also tried to open the tools and I am getting the same error(From Siebel Tools log folder: siebdev.log ).
