Update Local Collector

Hello Gurus.

We have an issue with updating a  Customer Record, the path once in the Customer is Profile > Local  Collector

The error message we get is

"Update of the Column is not allowed because Printed, Posted or Applied Transactions exist for one of the Sites for this Address. Please re-query the address to undo the change then create a new address."

I am amazed by this

Our implementation Partners are telling us this is standard functionality. The only way to get round this is:

  • Create a new address
  • Change the Profile Option (Allow Change to Printed Transactions) to Yes
