Validate parameters for CommitSalesOrderToInventory

Hi Team,

We would like to understand which value can accept the variable cReverseCommitment whenever you are calling business function CommitSalesOrderToInventory.

An issue is currently being investigated by us as quantities are reversed and inserted on negative on F41021.

Our JDE version is XE.

Please let me know your comments.
