OEM 13.2 integration with JIRA

Hi Team,

I would like to know if there is any step by step doc of how to setup OEM email notification with JIRA. OR I can say how to use JIRA as my ticketing system for OEM.

I found this doc only.... How to integrate the JIRA ticketing tool with Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 12c (Doc ID 1537815.1)

But this looks like an old doc and says not supported with JIRA 7. Could anyone please provide any doc or steps.
