9.2 Standalone on Win 10

Hi,

I am trying to install 9.2 standalone on Win10.

I am unable to install Oracle 12c database (for 32bit). I get an error "INS-30131 Initial setup required for the execution of installer validations failed".

I tried on both Win10 Home edition and Enterprise Edition. I get the same above error.

Please help.
