Supplier user unable to view the Invoices created using iSupplier Portal but the Invoices are availb

Supplier user unable to query for the Invoices created using iSupplier Portal but the Invoices are availble in Oracle. Checked the securing attributes for the user and responsibility but everything looks good. If there is any issue with the securing attributes then user wouldn't be able to create Invoices in first place. Please advise if anyone has faced similar issue? And this is not happening for all the suppliers but only happening for few suppliers.
