BY19 ITPS Mapping Files

In the attached zip file are the files you'll need for the BY19 ITPS submission. Everyone will need to download the OMB53.xsl file. Which xml file you want will depend on how you record your dollar amounts - if you only go out to 3 decimals, use the OMB53_Round3.xml file. If you go out further than 3 decimals, use the OMB53_Round6.xml file. Change the name of the file to OMB53.xml (updating the name of the current file is optional, but recommended) before running the utility.
Based on the way that OMB wants to receive IT Cost Pool and IT Tower information, I had to hard code each category into the map file. The utility will replace any null tags in these sections with 0s (since a blank tag is not allowed) - however, I was able to successfully test the IT Cost Pools with only the "Internal Labor Cost" categories (i.e. I removed the other tags) and the validation messages I got back indicated that this was fine so if you would prefer not to send "0" values for the non-required IT Cost Pools, just
