We're Releasing! Sun System Firmware 1123 for SPARC M3000/M4000/M5000/M8000/M9000 platforms is now available on MOS & IPS.

from the README:

Required Files based on the type of M-series server you have;

IKXCP1123.tar.gzFirmware for Sun SPARC Enterprise M3000 Server
FFXCP1123.tar.gzFirmware for Sun SPARC Enterprise M4000-M5000 Server
DCXCP1123.tar.gzFirmware for Sun SPARC Enterprise M8000-M9000 Server

Optional Files :

M3-9000_XCP1123_MIB.mibSun SPARC Enterprise M-Series Server Firmware MIB File
SUNWspsec_v1_11.tar.gzSun SPARC Enterprise M-Series Server Firmware Security Software Package for Viewing SP Audit Logs
