JDE tool release upgrade from 9.2.0.1 to 9.2.1.4

Hello Team,

We are planing to do a tool release upgrade from 9.2.0.1 to 9.2.1.4.

We can directly upgrade from 9.2.0.1 to 9.2.1.4 or first we need to upgrade from 9.2.0.1 to 9.2.1.0 and then to 9.2.1.4.

Also please explain the changes and impacts.
