Can you modify the agreement text displayed for Direct Deosit Enroll etc.?

If you activate the Direct Deposit Enrollment in Self Service the users are provided with an agreement text to action.

I am seeking to use it to let students know what their bank details in for UK would be used for (BACS deposits for refunds) but the delivered text refers to the US banking systems.

Can you via the front end get to the source of this text to make modifications to the wording? If yes, can anyone suggest the navigation as I don't seem to be able to find it via menus, PeopleBooks or MOS searches.
