How does EBS allow the physical count of a NORMAL and SERIALIZED item that is "IN SERVICE"?

Hi

We have the following situation:

1-We have configured a Normal Serialized Item, trackable by Install Base.

2-We have configured the "Create Unique Asset For" parameter with the value "All serialized instances of an item."

3-When we receive the item, enter the stock on hand and NOT create the asset in FA

4-When we put the item into service, we enter a transaction "Misc Issue to Field Location". The item leaves the stock on hand and the asset is created in FA.

This implies that the item disappears from the stock on hand and the instance still exists and appears with status "In Service" and located in an "HZ Location"
