Unable to update Tax Rule

Hi everybody,

I have all configuration of E-Business Tax, but now I want to update "Tax Rule"... the problem here is that when I choose the value in configuration owner field, appear a blank page with a message "Undefined". Attached you can see the screenshots.

I hope that someone can help me.
