Transaction Promo in RPM

Hi,

We use RPM 14.1 version.

While testing transaction promos in this version, we found that these promotions do not conflict with each other or with any other type of promotions (Simple, Threshold, Multi Buy).

We're using this as a basis of creating coupon based promotions.

We do use conflict checking heavily for other 3 type of promotions(Simple, Threshold, Multi Buy).

Can you please confirm that transaction promos are working as designed and never conflicts with anything.

If the above statement is correct then why does it take so long to approve if it doesn't have to worry about any conflicts.
