Reprint / Republish getting error you have encountered an unexpected error.

Hi,

I really need help you expert guys.

The oracle e-business suite 12.1.3 with instance database 12c

Last sunday, i have applied patch 12666409: USER WITH ROLE -COPY A SUBMITTED REQUEST GETTING FRM-41830, but after that, monday till today, there are many users complained to me that reprint any report is always getting error "you have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the system administrator for assistance"

But the strange is a few user can reprint normally, but another users are getting the above error.
