Regarding Alternate Email Address field

Hi,

I have used a vanilla field, Alternate Email Address, in the Contact list applet in Siebel(ip 2016) fins application but when ever some values are entered in that Alternate Email Address Field the values gets blanked out.

Is there any other way to fix this issue.For your reference i have attached the screenshot below.
