Rebate Agreement

Hi Guys,

currently we have some contracts with customer where if they sell in 1 year more than 250 quantity of one specific item they get 3% of rebate.

Our finance person are managing this manually, booking accrual reflecting the possibility of rebates.

Question is: which functionality we can use to track this kind of agreemtents with customer?
