Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hello Folks,

We have image that converted into font with xxxxx.otf. that we are using as logo on report in jde 9.1 on sun and its working fine.

Now we upgraded the jde 9.1 to jde 9.2 on sun. Here we are able see the logo on printed report.

We copied that font on the same location as we did for 9.1 and also update the pdflib.upr file as we did in 9.1.

But its not woking..
