WMS MSCA Packaged License

Hi Logistics experts

May be a simple question. We have WMS  license for our customers, does that mean we will get MSCA licensed within the WMS package or it is totally different. We are not able to connect the MSCA from test instance as it is asking patch to install, progressing this is asking for license.

I assume if WMS in place MSCA licensed automatically or comes with it.
