Errored transactions between Inventory and Install Base

Hi,

We have discovered that we have a huge number of errored transactions between inventory and installed base- checking in Responisbility: Install Base>Install base agent user>Item instances>Item instances> in html go to Transaction Interface fan> look for all the transacions with 'Processing Status' = 'Errored'

We had more than 3000 such errored interface transactions. Most of them for RMA transaction type with following error message:

'You have encountered an unexpected error in match_mtl_txn_for_txn_dtl, with error ORA-01403: no data found. The parameter value (Lot / Serial) for the parameter (Item attributes) is ignored. The transaction details entered do not match the inventory material transaction for one or more of the attributes. Pl. correct it and reprocess the error.'
